ctb! Damn you cry a lot and the best part is that you have NO ideal how this is going to look with the private placement ( PP). It will not be hundreds of millions of shares for the (PP) more in line like 7-8 million is my thinking, so it be nice if we all just give it some time, CB say that he will tell us all about soon, so if you need to cry do at home and not here.
I posted a (PP) of one company,here on this board today. go look at it and see how it work.
