Lawson Software lifts earnings estimate by 2 cents a share

TEL AVIV (MarketWatch) -- Lawson Software Inc., [s:lwsn] the St. Paul, Minn., producer of software for a variety of planning and management applications, boosted its fiscal fourth-quarter earnings estimate by 2 cents a share. In April the company said it expected its bottom line for the fourth quarter to range from a loss of 2 cents to a profit of 3 cents. Lawson also estimated revenue at $201 million to $208 million, That's up from the company's April revenue projection of $187 million to $195 million.
