I find it interesting that you are assuming ERHE wouldn't be spending any cash to buy new assets because they didn't SAY they would spend any money.

Leverage for ERHE in getting deals for our JDZ blocks was that the rights to those blocks were ours - our assets. I'm not sure how we can leverage anyone into partnering with us in other oil fields unless we have an asset to entice them.

Personally, the last thing I want to see ERHE do is take on any debt right now. Debt without a revenue stream almost never pleases investors.
