Article never said that the second site was NOT drilled, did NOT have enough oil to be economically viable. Remember...obo-1 was drilled on the edge...article did NOT say obo-2 was NOt drilled..........
CVX drills obo-1 on the edge of a structure...talks about that ...then "goes to sleep" (information sharing) as Marks source said...obo-2 is drilled and no word is spoken except now they want a FPSO............????????
