You mean like 2 civil suits and an OSC,SEC and RCMP investigation? Just the lawyer fees should be enough to kill this probably empty shell.
Why have they fired all there Toronto lawyers and kept cheap local ones? Its pretty obvious this company is in serious trouble. Audited financials will only prove the past posted fins are fraudulent and cause possibly more civil actins if not criminal charges!
