People who gamble away there entire fortune have no record of it when they lose there money at casinos. They then file chapter 13 or 7 bankruptcy and the rest of us have to pay for it. Internet gambling would end that. All electronic transactions could 86 problem gamblers from casinos. Most of them know they have a problem and cant quit, they could even 86 themselves, monday morning when the paycheck is gone they could call there bank and limit credit cards to non casinos, I think this is the best way to help problem gamblers.
