OTCBB stocks go Pink all the time for not filing on time. Can you name a stock that went from Pink to OTCBB? You do agree that 3 years of SEC filings will be required before CMTN can qualify.

Lack of buying pressure is the reason for the wide spread and minimal interest here. If those who believe and believe and believe that CMTN is the stock to own would buy more and more; the stock would go up that is all that matters in the long run. Once people realize that not one single penny generated by the company will ever go to them and it does not magically make a stock go up; they will learn to fall out of love like so many are and learn to trade. No buying pressure will cause CMTN to continue to drop with more people stuck above looking for an opportunity to sell. Luckily most people that buy penny stocks can never sell them at any price.
