With all due respect it is a good thing the shareholders are not relying on your knowledge to get this correction accomplished, because under your scenerio it would never happen. Again, in a short time frame under the right venue shareholders will be informed by the company.

By the way, if you steal a car, sell it to an innocent party does the victim give up the rights to the car. Does the innocent party have to give back the car even if they do not get their money back?
