I also think insider buying is over. Insiders knew the potential when the stock hit bottom and most likely bought at a penny on the way back up.
I would guess that many company employees see progress and are buying as they know the potential.
I remember a certain executive of Best Jets commenting that he had bought each of his grandchildren a million shares of PBLS.
By the way..... Volume this and last last week has been very good. I am surprised that we have not seen more action in the pps though.
Long term forecasts may be easier to prognosticate than short term.
