billg, I voted for the proposals because the company finally seems to be on the right track. Now that I read your post and think about it, I am starting to regret my vote. Management is doing a good job, but do I really want to give them a blank check to print shares? I guess it is too late for me, but I think you are doing the right thing if you vote against some of the proposals.
