I have no reason to question CB's honesty...What is a fair figure for compensation for the time, risk and energy he has poured into this company? Frankly, I hope he is well rewarded but i await company news on how his shares will be treated...I am an independant thinker and will vote what i think is reasonable under the totality of circumstances and weigh that with what is fair to the shareholder....let me add, i have never been a fan of pipes ....Actually what GEH posted about reg 144 seems a good way to go and i forgot to ask JC if they considered that approach.
