Yep. Pinks and OTCBB stocks move before a press release. Obviously these people are psychic, so why ain't PBLS moving? Everybody and their mother should be buying right now ... except ... maybe they all know Paul already...? Maybe they're burned out on him too? Time for reconciliation. Time for Paul to show he's for real.
