I see a lot of accumulation going up in BANY and INXR, and I think it is because of the dilution, and I am afraid that is what we are getting at here, but I could be all wrong.

The convertible debt should be almost over though or if not over, the total amount was only around 60 some thousand dollars, that should be close to being over. If that is how is works, if they are converting those shares now and selling them in the open market.
