Someone asked if anyone had talked to the IR dept. here's an answer:

The allocations have not been set, nor the exact timeframe, so Sportie LA doesn't want to promise a date it can't meet. Product should be in the stores by early August.

Sorry it is necessary to contact you a second time. Had hoped you would be responsive to the first request. Please provide information requested or at least reply saying why you can't answer:
Some of your investors are concerned that they are not hearing from you. There is concern over the lengthy delivery time Sportie in LA is giving for shoes being available. Is it because of demand too high or because demand has not yet reached the point of getting the production in full swing.

The main thing here is to get a response to overcome the fears of this being a well developed scam.
