of course it is more positive than negative. it was the ONLY way to move forward without diluting the crap out of the stock!

This is stellar news given the alternatives. We have a plan in action, revenues to come, a basis to prove our ability for future deals, $1 million invested by someone else....

Wish we knew WHEN the revenues would start, what the setup timeline is, etc... But all in all, dont think a REASONABLE and EDUCATED investor could expect much more from a pink sheet company with no money/revenues, means to finance growth...

If you expected more than this as a starting point, please pass your pipe this way... This is the foundation building that I have referred to several times before. We are on the move. But it is not an overnite play. The real reward will come for the patient investor... all IMO, do your own DD
