The simple fact here is that very few believe any stock issuance will be used for drilling.

Yes, there are other ways to raise capital but private placements have worked pretty well in the mining and O&G business.

Can CB turn 2M into 10M thru drilling, that is a relevant question. Obviously most here do not believe so.
