Looks to me like they are moving the price of this stock, with these sizes there is no way the stock could go freely up and down, these sizes are too big to be filled up and to allow the next price over them to get through, luckily their price has not been reached yet neither on the bid nor the ask, last week they did on the bid moving it lower.
