Actually, IMHO, it doesn't matter all that much.. it really depends on how the market reacts to news/financials. I was just posting for those w/out Level 2...

PS... It's not an OTCQX filing, PBLS is just providing information so that they will be designated as "Current Information" on pinksheets.com
