It appears that there are a lot of investors in GameZnFlix that are very unhappy with current management. WE have had an overwhelming response to our request for those interested in providing a voting proxy for their shares.
We continue to receive them on a daily basis and within a few weeks we should have a pretty good idea what kind of percentage those shares will represent. The plan is to have a controlling interest, get rid of present management and replace with a new board. Make the company a wholly owned subsidiary of SVET and reorganize it to a workable size as to the number of shares issued.(xanadu comment: would worry me om what it means, but if I've sold my shares, who cares, I don't?) At that point we will vend in the new SVET WPGL.TV project(World Professional Gamers League) which is to be launched this month.
WPGL provides an opportunity for anyone over the age of twelve to become a professional video game player and earn a living very much as a professional golfer or tennis player does. IN addition these professionals can obtain sponsors, (just like Tiger Woods) and compete in tournaments for cash and prizes of almost $10,000,000.
The video game business is a $31 billion dollar industry in the U.S. and there is nothing like the WPGL out there. THis is why it would be good to put WPGL into a separate public company as SVET is involved in some fantastic projects of its own. You may have heard of the SuperMag which generates electricity from the manipulation of very powerful magnetic fields. This is the most unique product in the world right now that answers and solves a huge problem of providing environmentally clean energy. Overnight this technology will replace all solar and wind generators. Every home in the world can use one of these machines, assuming that it tests out properly, and basically reduce their electricity bills down to zero. The first production prototype is close to being completed.
The WPGL project will be launching this month with international, U.S. State and Canadian Province Licence rights being sold to interested parties. Obviously if this were to occur there would be some significant benefits to WPGL and whomever it operates through as we anticipate sales to grow very
rapidly for WPGL and our initial goal is between $100-$250 million. Time will tell.
However, we have to go from point 'A' to 'B' and the first step is in seeing how many shares we can control. We will be watching the voting proxies that come in and if you can please encourage people to email the SVEThostile@gmail.com with their info.

The silence, and seeming inactivity, has we stockholder's going bonkers. I totally realize there is nothing that you can safely say if negotiations of any sort are going on. JF simply responds to inquiries, no comment, legal advise. Hum-bug..
Stock activity does not indicate you are buying either although you might have picked up 60-80mm Friday. Certainly none today. Possibly could have at 0006. Would be a treat to know which Market Marker your Broker uses for trades as it would be a definite tip off, at least for me.
A week or so ago I did submit a complaint to the SEC about JF's lack of communications of a significant event to the stochholder's. He'll get pissed but have to answer it, and as I told them to be free to tell the originator I have surely severed my relationship with him.
