I have seen another company succesfully use reg 144 lock up shares to grow and raise money with the selling of the shares restricted for a year or more....That works for me and would give the company instant money and protect against dilution for the period of the lock up.....So we get money to grow quickly and the sale of the shares is controlled....I hope the company is LISTENING> Creative financing is available and we need to pound that home!!!!
