JF has his very own consulting firm....and that is exactly where all/much of the fees for consulting are being funnelled (IMO)....also the reason why no consultants/fees are named!

In the end, JF and his wife will own everything outright and GZFX shareholders will have nothing! The company has been built on the shareholders backs, but all the assets belong solely to JF and his wife!
