Two NI 43-101 Reports are due "4th Quarter 2007" as stated in a prior press release.

I do not believe samples are being conducted as of now. First step is to obtain the necessary exploratory permits. This should be done in a month or so.

Next, we need some drilling equipment so we can take samples, and find deposits. No timeframe was set on this. Mr. Berman said he was looking at purchasing drilling equipment. IMO, this means he's comparing renting to outright purchasing for use in samples. Not sure which way he will decide, nor did he set a time frame on that.

In the short term, I believe we will probably get an update on the financial again thowards the end of the month. I'm also inclined to believe we will be hearing news sometime soon (maybe this week?) updating us on the drilling equipment, the permit process, or the reason behind filing financials (uplisting??).

This is based on some fact communicated in Press Releases, and some conjecture. So take it for what its worth.
