Natural Nutrition Settles Company Litigation

Assumes Control of Interactive Nutrition Operations in Ottawa, Canada
OTTAWA, Canada, June 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Natural Nutrition, Inc (OTC Bulletin Board: NNTN - News) announced today the settlement of all litigation concerning its ownership and operational control of Interactive Nutrition, Inc. (INII) www.interactivenutrition.com . In settlement of the litigation, Natural Nutrition purchased the outstanding note to the original sellers of Interactive Nutrition, Inc. in the original amount of $15 million CDN for $7.65 million CDN.
