You act as if they will sell 500M shares the day after the RS passes, if it does. All good, healthy companies have large AS count, it doesn't mean they use it as soon as you get it....you sound very naive..
for ex. APPL has 1.8Bill AS, they have used 865M. Are they going to sell 1 Billion shares tomorrow?? I doubt it..
Although the 500M is quite high, it doesnt mean they will use them all. CB has been quite frugal in the past. Either you trust him to run the company or you dont, your call. Dont like what you see, don't let the door hit you.
As for the release of info this past week, I , after thinking about it, think they did it right, "for the long term holder". If they released all the PR's first and this stock ran to .20 cents, how many of us long term investors would have "taken some off the table?" ..I would have, for sure. But doing it this way keeps the flippers out and the long term holders in, making this a much stronger company buy the type of investor alone. As somebody mentioned, only 4M traded today, I expected ALOT more than that. and down only a penny. Wow, not bad for a company that people were crucifying this weekend.
If they keep the info flowing now, and give us a good plan for the future, then I think we are in pretty good shape going forward. This is a long term investment...things take time to develop ..
