who knows.....
I do know....anyone can open an acct. and buy PDRs.
All you need is $1000 min. to open an acct. and your ready to buy.
There may very well be a lot of investors who know the value of Panamersa but have stayed away due to the ridiculous SP on the American system. Now that the sp can realistically reflect the value of pnms....we could finally see a flood of new money?
