I agree that longs bought in earlier than normal and are holding. The vagueness of the "on or before June 15th" language helped create the early buys of many and will mitigate any large buying surge toward the 15th IMO. The PR in essence spread the buying out over a longer period.

In the past several months, I have had some very heated debates with PBLS principles regarding previous PR's promising the release of financials and the lock down of the Transfer Agent. They have remained very firm in defending their actions as a PInksheet member. They have also adamantly defended past PR's that provided revenue estimates, and the growth of PBLS, even calling their projections "understated".

Mr. Alonzo and Mike Mulshine have both firmly stated naked shorting is rampant with this stock. They have also made multiple claims that the share price is drastically undervalued. Constant pressure has been applied from many shareholders to provide the promised earnings and the OS to no avail. So, why after almost two years of behind closed doors and KGB type secrecy are they releasing financials and hopefully the share stats at this point in time?

What has materially changed that puts us to this truly momentous occasion? Logically, one has to assume several things:

1. PBLS is a financially complicated conglomerate. It's obvious Mr. Kowalski, the inside staff and the outside CPA firm have completed the accounting for all divisions.

2. After the fiasco of raising A/S last year, they now have the the share count in a manageable position that matches or is beneath totals stated in prior press releases.

3. They feel they possess the financial strength to confront the shorting entities and force them to cover. They think they have a good company that can kill shorts.

4. They are in a strong growth mode and can provide guidance regarding future quarter growth and revenue.

To type this information about a Pinksheet quoted stock with a share price just about 3 cents is really quite amazing. Here hoping for the best for all longs this week and in the next several years.
