From the desk of Mr. Papadopoulos
(Mr. P. mentions that the exchange ratio for QBID shares into Cinimax is on the website. I can't find it. Does anyone have this info?)...Here is the email from Mr. P. just received...
Dear XXXXX:
I must apologize, but a server error 'ate' a number of e mails and placed them in a 'spam' like hold folder. We uncovered the error today. Your question came into me on the 27th of April. I hope you did not think I was ignoring you.
YOU ASKED: As a shareholder in QBID, I have been watching merger progress with increasing interest. Do you know if the merger will involve a reverse of TMM to Cinemax? Do you have any estimates of how large the exchange ratio will be? Thank you and I am hoping for great things from this merger. XXXXXXXXXX, Investor, QBID.
XXXXX, I cannot legally comment on part of your question, but I can say the ratio of TMM to Cinemax has been posted on the cinemaxpictures.com web site for some time. I am also hoping for great things for the shareholders and I plan on working very hard to make that happen. TMM shareholders have been through enough and I will do everything I can to change it all for the better.
Hope this helped, and please forgive the delay.
PS: How nice is the weather in Hawaii this week? We're finally seeing hot weather here in Toronto.
Respectfully yours,
Constantine Papadopoulos
