GM Mary. I use nasdaq.com for filings. Very good sight for them. Put the symbol in the box, then click on InfoQuotes, then once the next screen comes up, click in Real Time Filings and they are all listed there. You pick the one you want to see. I immediately saw 2 opened them up and the number of shares is indicated near the top. Hope this helps.
