This is why the company will hold in the 000 range for the next few years.. If this is a anti take over (protecting their 60% profit sharing) message then it would make sense further confirming that the price will stay where its at..

Rebel I have asked before, if you could ask the boyz if they plan on buying any more shares??? Emmett needs to load up cause it cant get much cheaper??? or can it??

ANY GUESSES WHY THEY WOULD DO THIS? THEY DID GIVE THEM A PREMIUM OF 20% ON THE NOTE 12% INTEREST, PLUSS +++ 2 BILLION IN SHARES??? WHY??? IS THE COMPANY THAT RISKY??? TO GIVE AN INVESTOR POTENTIALLY 1000% RETURN ON THEIR MONEY?
In conjunction with the funding, the Company issued a warrant to purchase 2,000,000,000 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $.0005 per share.

A warrant is a security that allows the holder to buy shares of common stock from the Company at a predetermined price (i.e., the exercise or strike price), for a defined period time (i.e., the exercise period). Thus, if at any time during the exercise period the market price of the stock rises above the exercise price, the holder of the warrant could buy shares of stock at the exercise price and sell them at the market price, thereby making a profit. Otherwise, the warrant will simply expire at the end of the exercise period.
