about a hypothesis that just makes sense. That puts the NSS theory into a different category than mere babble IMO. If it isn't happening it should be happening. Crooks are crooks and if it is possible to make the kind of money that NSS permits it seems highly likely that it is happening. Crooks are not dumb, just crooks.
