Couldn't agree more ITGuy...a company can have a great software product and if few can understand how to use it, then there's not much of a chance for success, really....

After spending much time looking into many other trading software programs, it seems to me that most often the top complaints are poor customer service and vague or limited instructions...which just leads to frustration.

It's my understanding that in Spooz's case, Paul and his team have been going to great lengths to make sure that they provide real education around their products, instead of just instructions. And so the gradual roll out of Spooz's products will also ensure that customer service can adapt to the needs of the traders over time.

We've waited this long for the launch and success...I can bide my time until Paul is ready...I think :) allie
