I personally like it that people are already sending in their certs. Because once they go in they will never come back out to the U.S. market. Once converted to a PDR your only option is to cash out... sell the PDR's and deposit the cash if you want to bring that money back to the U.S. market. No converting PDR's back to certs to redeposit. So once they are sent in there is really no going back as far as those shares ever being tradeable on the U.S. market. If I understand correctly. So in effect. Basically the buy back has started. In a different way then normal but should be effective, hopefully. JMHO :)
