turbosetch, The ecn trading system applies to all nasdaq stocks and includes pinks with no price limit. I am in one with a price of .006 which sometimes trades 10 times the volume when you count the ecn trades and it has a float of about 300,000,000. The SEC has taken a very casual approach to ecn trading and applies the SRO approach (Self Regulated). There are many honest mm's, brokers, insiders, and hedge funds. All it takes is one dishonest and the market becomes manipulated. That is apparent now with so many co. that have there share structure corrupted with nss (counterfeit) shares. This is in my opinion.
