I am betting just as most others. Definitely, there are some weird things here. Mr. Bootes's profile has no working history, no educational background which can be verified.
The Buying company, CMM, has nothing to show in their webpage. I checked as well.

BTW, I did not see any solid information in HMIT's webpage either. If everyone knew it's phony, the PPl would not have gone up and down several times, it should have gone all the way down to nothing already.
