Could we demand warrants in exchange for a possitive vote for the rs and allowing the 480 million shares to remain? CB wants the shares for 1. trade for other leases 2. to raise future cash. WE don't want the dillution. If we are granted some warrants we have the right to acquire some of the extra shares, and cb gets his cash.
