LTG the only way I'd vote the RS at this time is if the AS are also revised. One other possible way would be if we had a massive increasse in share price and the then to be sold shars were to also be sold at that higher price and not in the pennies. I see this announcement as CB and the boards way of seeking avenues for negotiating with the shareholders. The actual vote will be taken after all things have been refinded. I see many changes will need to be made to get we shareholders to agree to anything. But at this time everything is on the table. WE may need a shareholder committee to negotiate with the board.
