The 1st rule of Public Relations is GET THE BAD NEWS OUT FIRST. I haven't seen anything other then the form for the rs. I missed the 480 million additional share sale. Will the 480 be prior or after the rs? He must also state the use of the funds. WE shareholders need to vote to approve the additional shares.I saw what happened to GSPG they went from the BB to amex then crashed and back to BB. If CB plans to take us off the BB and onto the AMEX he first needs to get production numbers reported and they MUST BE GREAT. He likly knows where those numbers are coming in. Did he say he intends to go for the AMEX or is that speculation? I had a buy GTC order just under the market which I just cancelled on line. This negative talk could cause a retest of the .046. That would be a steal based on current leases and equipment IMO.
