The financials are not NEW news, but it IS an aide and reminder to those who might be interested in listening to the CC. I have noticed that Edgar 'puts them out' for companies when there are significant events coming up---like CC's. I will not say that it is ALWAYS the reason the financials were offerd, but I will say that it has been my experience to be surprised to see them, and have wondered why, and after the fact, have connected the dots to a CC, or significant announcement. It also means that TKO has reported that they are going to have a CC, rather than it being a rumor that they are going to have one....ALTHOUGH it is NOT listed yet on the Street Events calendar....
