Got an email back from Nancy about my webcam idea...I also asked about financing. Heres the response...

Hi Andrew-

Alissa forwarded your email to me. First of all, thank you for your support and your interest. Have you been to the restaurant yet?

Our new terminal design (the next generation) does have a camera as well as a sound jack. You are spot on with your suggestions. We do intend to make it very easy for customers to send photos. We are now adding new content regularly to the existing units and our goal is to make the restaurant an extension of your home digital life so we've got plenty more coming.

As far as financing goes, we have raised "bridge" money from individuals (who must be accredited investors). We must raise a significant sum to finance our growth and development and we are in the process of working on that. Additionally, we have been approached by many potential franchisees whom we are qualifying and talking to. But there's no question that legal issues always drag out negotiations and closures!
