I think you're a decimal point off there on your quotes. In any event, I had posted back when the deal was first announced.

I indicated that the insiders basically had valued the company at a penny and that it was not a cash deal. The cash seems to be a problem for NMKT, but the value remains speculative.

I think this breaks significantly under a penny before finding a bottom. What is the value of the OTC BB listing plus a business that has significant speculative potential, but no cash to implement?

At 1/2 cent that's about $1.6 million, which is probably a fair price to start the next round of negotiations.
