There is certainly no PR diarrhea going on here, but some of the things you note do raise flags, but if you have been following the company, they are explainable.

The web site has been out of date for a while, as it appeared Mr. Berman didn't have much help with it (I believe at one point he even mentioned that to someone on iHub). I'm happy its getting updated shortly.

Neighborhood of claimed office used to be a house (his?) which is fine. If he's the only employee, he's saving money running out of his house, we all gotta start somewhere. The new address was recently leased, so i'm sure white pages etc. have yet to be updated. Not sure whats going on with the phone, that has worked for others earlier on.
