I don't believe that is the case this time. There was massive accumulation yesterday with 9.5 million shares traded and a rise of 40% in the stock price.

Today, there is continued accumulation, which is actually much stronger than it was yesterday at this time. Remember, the major accumulation yesterday didn't start til after 2pm EST. So, its looking pretty strong at the moment on decent volume.

Just my humble opinion.
