Do you know if there is a site that reports what maker and /or share amount their short position is?
I did confirmed again the other day that Scottrade passes VVWT orders through NITE.
Do a bit of puzzle work I pulled up the monthly maker share volume report for VVWT on the OTC BB site.

http://www.otcbb.com/asp/tradeact_mv.asp?SearchBy=issue&Issue=vvwt&SortBy=volume&Month=5....

The odd bit is...HILL who has been the leader in taking this down & seems to have an endless supply of shares to sell is quite a ways down on the list and traded less than 300k shares in May & only 600k ytd. Second in command NITE was the larger trader with 9.5m shares in May.
So...the curious bit is Where did / is HILL getting all their shares to dump on the market?
Per their current size posted on L2s', they have 500k available...right? Hmmm...how could that be.

Legitimately speaking of course....without considering phantom shares, unreported shares, etc.
Is it possible that NITE is using / passing shares to HILL to sell?

Just doesn't add up....in thought of fair / honest trading!
