If and when NWOG seals some ME deals, how long would you anticipate it being before a Russian oil major starts snatching up the NWOG pie?

Follow-up ?'n. Could this be what Malyshev has factored in to his prediction of $1 by years end? Maybe he has been in discussions with a major already.
