this maybe a dumb question but what do we do then with these PDR's for this land dividend?

do we hold them and eventually sell them in the near future?
does the value of the land rise thus giving us value to these PDR's
Can we use these PDR's to put on the exchange?
Or is it just a PDR that states i own 2 meters of land in the corobicci refuge?

Just a few questions i got about this Land Divi that honestly i gotta findout if i would even qaulify for.
