With everything that has happened to Richmond Hill, the mall is the biggest eye sore. They spent $20M - TWENTY MILLION DOLLARS on beautification. In the end, it still has 3 HBC anchor tenants and a single floor. JUNK!!!

Well it is interesting we are a stone throw away from each other - small world. My townhouse is kitty korner to the Hospital - I grew up just north of Major Mac & Bayview. Went to Walter Scott and Bayview High..

Oh yeah, I was there opening day to that crappy mall. I was like 10 or something. Loblaws; Sears; Simpsons; K-Mart. Well at least the victors, Loblaws/Sears got the idea to split!
