Folks, I realize that everyone here is looking for the pot at the end of the rainbow but it's just not here!

I've been lurking here for a week or so and traded this from .42 last Friday and sold it Monday morning at .57 because over the weekend I could not find one single solitary item ANYWHERE to support ANY claim they have made regarding Mexico FEC coal contracts, any supportive DD on the LOI issuers, or anything positive about J.A.B. at any time in the past or present. Who are these people? Do the LOI issuers even have a reason to buy? Do they have the funds to pay? Negotiation of a contract with FEC is NOT the same as signing a contract. Anyone can purport to negotiate a contract by simply making a phone call and offering to sell something at a fixed price.

Has anyone here done one bit of DD? Can anyone post one link supporting the claims other than the PR issued by the short sellers? Why would anyone want to acquire this at 2.15 when they can just buy the shares in the open market at .20? or .50? OR .05 in the future?

The reason I say short sellers is because undoubtably the company is on the short side of this latest round, pumping it up, selling it short, and covering on the downside after folks realize they've been scammed. Just like what happened today. They issued the shares for zilch, sold them during the pump, and then went short for the ride down.

I see so many posts from people who still don't get it. Folks who are dreaming that this is a golden ticket to the Willy Wonka factory. Sorry to say, you will be disappointed.

I'm sure I'll be called a basher and this or that and it doesn't bother me one bit because unless someone can post some DD that supports these wild accusations, you'll never see me post here again. Only posting this because there is someone out there who bought my shares at .57 and are wondering WTF the golden brick road went. Lesson learned, there are PK stocks that warrant ownership, I'm sure you can find out which ones do.
