Remember, the jump in price last week occured with HIGH VOLUME (about 548,000 shares traded) while the slip currently is with LOW VOLUME. IF the share price drops under HIGH VOLUME then maybe you have a point, but so far there seems to be just minor attempts at creating a picture that the price is declining (while trying to accumulate at lower manipulated prices)

All signals show that VLXC is a STRONG BUY.
