LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MSGL--
NanoSignal Corp. (formerly MicroSignal Corp.)
(OTCBB:MSGL) announced today that it had entered into a definitive
beta testing agreement with Desert Radiology in Las Vegas, NV. As a
material event, the terms of the agreement will be filed with the
Securities and Exchange Commission in an 8-K filing.
The terms of the agreement were finalized on December 30, 2003
with beta testing of SLICES(TM) to begin in January 2004. Under the
beta test agreement, Desert Radiology agreed to provide "feedback" to
NanoSignal's team of software engineers including suggestions,
comments, and test results. Chris Puleo and Sherry Yavelak will head
up the engineering team responsible for site survey, installation and
systems integration with any one of four MRI sites currently operated
by Desert Radiology in Las Vegas. Further information regarding Desert
Radiology is available at www.desertrad.com.
During the beta testing, NanoSignal will provide 24/7 technical
support to Desert Radiology and its staff of radiologists and MRI
practitioners. All intellectual property rights resulting from the
beta testing will remain the exclusive property of NanoSignal. At the
conclusion of the beta testing, Desert Radiology has the right to
continue to use the SLICES(TM) software at no cost in consideration of
continued "feedback." Beta test results will be reported at 30 day
intervals with a "white paper" published in accordance with scientific
report writing standards.
Dr. Lawrence Madoff President and CEO of NanoSignal was
instrumental in concluding the negotiations with Desert Radiology. MRI
clinics, hospitals and radiology practice groups interested in beta
testing SLICES(TM) should contact Sherry Yavelak by email at
info@nanosignalcorp.com or calling 724-746-9476 to discuss becoming a
select beta testing licensee. The terms of the SLICES(TM) Beta Testing
Agreement may be viewed online at the company's website
www.nanosignalcorp.com or may be emailed to interested parties by
contacting Ms. Yavelak. Enrollment in the beta testing protocol is
limited with qualified candidates to be selected based upon market

factors.
