Mexico? They had a PR that said they had potential revenue that was to add a value of $1 to every share of the company.

Shorts... ILGY/ILGL and the assorted r/s names were never a long term hold. But when the new CEO has been pumping another stock the bag holders here can only hope he pumps ILGL because we are not getting Kazakhstan, Mexico, and certainly not $1 a share.
